Rising Cost Pressure while increased Quality demand
Rising Cost Pressure in Business Environment traditionally leads to a Quality Loss in Corporate Training, to some extent even to a total disregard of strategic investments.
At the same time envisioning a changing learning culture (life long learning) demands regarding individual, flexible and efficient Learning Environments and Modes arise. - Appropriate Didactics; often gearing to traditional models and not (or just rudimentary) utilizing new modes of communication and cooperation
- The social context; the unfamiliar mode of communication strongly affects the learning situation in resp. with the new media
