As a managing director Robert is responsible for business development and strategic cooperations. After graduating from university as a chemist and a special qualification as an instruction system analyst he founded 'interface concept team' with Thomas Russell. Several years of professional experience in consulting, coordination and implementation of e-learning projects and in the field of marketing and advertising followed. Projects in Asia and in the South Pacific enabled Robert to extend his experience in international project work being in charge of comprehensive national and international education projects.
As a managing director Thomas is in charge of consulting on educational and didactical issues. He is a graduate teacher with two final exams and completed a special qualification as an instruction system analyst. Several years of professional experience in the field of adult education, co-founding of 'interface concept team' and his function as an education designer as well as his track record of national and international projects enhance his profile. Thomas advises with his comprehensive knowledge large enterprises, SMEs and variuos institutions on education planning and learning design.
